This project entailed converting a waterfront lot from a campsite to a full time residence that takes advantage of fabulous northern views. Architectural Design challenges included: 1) access to the northern exposure view from every room, 2) bringing in light from the southern street exposure, while maintaining privacy 3) a narrow footprint in order to meet flood plain restrictions.
